We were cooking in the kitchen when a neighbour talked us about 'Builder's Tea' and its story.
Apparently, it was an old British tradition. It's a cup of tea with additional milk and one sugar. Traditionally, Builder's tea is made with Yorkshire tea which is consider like an 'ordinary tea' - it is not an Earl Grey or a Darjeeling-.
At the first, it was for the break of domestic workers and builder's and finally, it was dispatched for the whole lower classes.
Nowadays, Builder's become a registered trademark and a current expression which means a certain way to make a tea.
